Janice’s interest in real estate began at an early age but wasn’t pursued until later in her career. With extensive background in a multitude of areas including construction, sales, business development, residential, commercial, and institutional real estate for over 25 years, these experiences have become tremendous assets to her business. These have all contributed to the knowledge she possesses, along with her investigative, positive and out-of-the-box thinking, and problem solving nature (because there is always a solution).

Janice understands the value of listening to her client's needs and wants and presenting distinct options to match these requests. Getting the most for the property, whether it’s a first time buyer property or a multi million dollar property (and the contrary on the buyer side), aligns with her zest for the industry and dedication to her clients. For Janice, it is not about the pay cheque; it’s always about doing what is right, despite the challenges. Honesty is always the best policy!

Having spent most of her life thus far living in a rural small town and working in Downtown Toronto’s financial district, she has acquired a deep knowledge of the city’s vibrant neighbourhoods and what each pocket of the city has to offer, including its outskirts. Family is an integral part of who she is; from her husband, to her 2 kids who are married and have blessed her with 3 grandkids and 2 granddogs, her desire to help people in any capacity she can stands for her personal life as well as her working relations. Janice can be found living life to the fullest, she loves helping her friends achieve a  "staged" feel to their homes, loves entertaining, gardening, sporting events, and long walks. She is passionate about supporting various local & international charities from Health Care SickKids, Cancer Research Hospitals, Sustainable Agriculture in less privileged countries and supporting people in as many fundraisers as she can as giving back is where she finds joy.
